Repository Management provides opportunity to perform operations directly from one place. But it has another great feature. You can use it as inventory tool to go through all organization’s subdivisions and see which aliquots are stored there.
Go to Operations -> Repository Management and in the left pane of the form select which freezer you need to review. Select subdivision and review the list of aliquots stored there.
You can click on the aliquot in the Aliquots list table or, if this subdivision has internal structure, you can even go through each of the spots of it to see aliquots information.
Double-click on the aliquot and its Aliquot Tracking Form will be opened where you can review all information related to the aliquot. From Aliquot Tracking Form you can also navigate to the related Material Tracking Form, Test Tracking Form and Source Tracking Form (if available).
