During last weeks of June 2021 BV has supported AFSI-CVL PACS admins in transition to the new Test result forms in PACS, which were confirmed and approved by Q&C department commission of AFSI and Azerbaijan Accreditation Center. PACS is a single system in AFSI-CVL which is being used for Test results forms, provided to organization management (printing or exporting and sending via email).
The new forms consist of complex combinations of different objects’ data: Source information (protocol and acts information), Material information (owners/firms, farms, animal information), Aliquot information (storage conditions information) and Test information (diagnostics details and results information). These reports were designed via PACS Report Designer which provides various options for developing complex reports suitable for the needs of the organization.
The AFSI-CVL’s Regional Diagnostic labs (RDLs) also plan to be transited to the new form after their accreditation is completed. BV jointly with AFSI-CVL admins already prepared this new form for all RDLs. BV prepared specific video instructions to help regional users to configure necessary settings for new forms and make this process smoother. This approach allowed to prevent unnecessary expenses on trips to the regions. This week Goygol RDL is passing accreditation and already has shown reports printed from PACS which didn’t receive any negative comments from commission.
