Examples Edition: To Source, Material, Aliquot or Test?
In our previous article, we explained the properties of the 4 levels of data in PACS.
In this article, we would like to share a few examples of how different laboratories (human, veterinary, vector, or research projects) can utilize the 4 data levels to store information in PACS to their advantage.
For example, in case your Source is a patient, then the following could be your Material, Aliquot, and Test accordingly:
